Intel Xeon E5-2670 v2 vs Xeon E-2378

The Intel Xeon E-2378 @ 2.60GHz is newer than Intel Xeon E5-2670 v2 @ 2.50GHz and is significantly faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing.
