The AMD EPYC 9174F is newer than Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 @ 2.10GHz and is significantly faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. It is also significantly faster in single-thread testing. Also, Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 @ 2.10GHz uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Server CPU Class.
