Intel Xeon Platinum 8268 vs AMD EPYC 7282

The AMD EPYC 7282 is newer than Intel Xeon Platinum 8268 @ 2.90GHz and is around -15% slower in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. The AMD EPYC 7282 is around -10% slower in single-thread testing. Also, AMD EPYC 7282 uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Server CPU Class.
