Intel Xeon Platinum 8259CL vs AMD EPYC 7282

The Intel Xeon Platinum 8259CL @ 2.50GHz is newer than AMD EPYC 7282 however both CPUs have comparable multi-threaded (CPU Mark) and single-thread rating.
