The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D is newer than Intel Atom D410 @ 1.66GHz and is significantly faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. It is also significantly faster in single-thread testing. Also, Intel Atom D410 @ 1.66GHz uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Desktop CPU Class.
