Intel Xeon Phi 7290 vs AMD EPYC 7203P

Both CPUs were released (or first benchmaked) within the last year, but AMD EPYC 7203P is around 23% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. It is also significantly faster in single-thread testing. Also, AMD EPYC 7203P uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Server CPU Class.
