AMD EPYC 4345P vs Intel Atom C3808

Both CPUs were released (or first benchmaked) within the last year, but Intel Atom C3808 @ 2.00GHz is significantly slower in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing. However, it is significantly slower in single-thread testing. Also, Intel Atom C3808 @ 2.00GHz uses substantially less power. All the CPUs in this comparison belong in the Server CPU Class.
