Intel Pentium 1403 vs AMD Opteron X3216 APU

The AMD Opteron X3216 APU is newer than Intel Pentium 1403 @ 2.60GHz, while Intel Pentium 1403 @ 2.60GHz is around 20% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing, but AMD Opteron X3216 APU is around 22% faster in single-thread testing.
